PolySyn FA™ (glycolic acid) Developed for short-term closures, Sharpoint™ PolySyn FA is ideal for skin and mucosa closings that may benefit from fast suture absorption. An undyed, braided Polyglycolic Acid (PGA) suture, it maintains 50% strength at 5 days, 0% at 14 days and is essentially absorbed at 42 days. It is processed to absorb quickly with little tissue reaction.		Vicryl Rapide™ *
